Some of our activities in the community
include:

Employment with "Community Minded" companies like Grande Yellowhead
School Division, Dairy Queen, Nova Theatre, and Movie Gallery.

Volunteering at Edson Hospital during coffee time and in the laundry
room, Pioneer Cabin, Parkland Lodge, Recycling Depot.

Participation in programs at Reflections and McMan, the swimming
pool, gym, Mennonite church, Swedish Weaving Club.

Volunteering in Town of Edson events: Edson Trade Show, Edson
Jamboree.

Partners Sought
SCOPE is
currently seeking individuals and/or groups who are interested in
volunteering their time, to introduce new opportunities to individuals
with developmental disabilities to support them in becoming active
citizens in their community. Examples may include but are not limited
to:

Art
-
Music
-
Drama
-
Hobbies such as sewing, knitting, scrap booking
-
Other
Interested
